Refund policy

We want you to love your order from Canada Photo Lab.

Because most of our products are custom-made using your photos, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order was damaged in transit or has a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@canadaphotolab.com with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace or reprint the affected item at no additional cost.

Non-custom items (if any) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
