Shipping policy

All orders are printed, packaged, and shipped directly from our lab in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.

We currently ship across Canada using trusted national carriers. Shipping times and rates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (3–9 business days) — $14.90 CAD for orders up to 2kg  
• Standard Shipping (3–9 business days) — $21.90 CAD for orders 2kg–30kg  
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $21.90 CAD for orders up to 2kg  

Production time for most custom products is 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Canada Photo Lab is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
